With over 35 years of management experience spanning Education and Training, Early Childhood Education and Care, Hospitality, Retail Management, and Allied Health, Anna has consistently driven excellence and innovation across diverse industries. Anna has extensive experience managing Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and Apprenticeship Services, and has actively participated in numerous Federal and State regulatory audits. Anna’s strengths include building effective networks, forging strong client relationships, and proactively responding to emerging trends and opportunities in the sector.

Anna’s expertise is underpinned by a comprehensive suite of internationally recognised certifications, reflecting her commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. She has completed ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems), ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management Systems), ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management Systems), and ISO 19011:2018 (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems). In addition, Anna holds Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) qualifications, equipping her with advanced skills in process improvement and integrated management systems.
