Caitlin O’Connel
Caitlin O’Connel is an accomplished Instructional Designer and Resource Writer with over 20 years of experience in the community services, children’s services, and education sectors. Her extensive background includes managing Outside School Hours Services, delivering training and assessment for Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), and developing programs and training materials tailored to these areas.
Caitlin is highly skilled in quality and compliance assessment, providing expert support for ECEC and OSHC services to ensure alignment with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standard (NQS). She has played a key role in the management of government grants and has contributed to the delivery of services for children and young people in Out of Home Care.
