Suzanne Martin is an experienced Instructional Designer and Resource Writer with a passion for teaching and more than 15 years’ experience working with EAL (English as an Additional Language) and ELICOS students in both Australia and the Middle East. She has worked in a variety of educational settings, including community colleges, TAFEs, and RTOs, gaining valuable insights into diverse learning environments. Currently, Suzanne specialises in language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) support, assisting vocational students with specific language and literacy needs across a wide range of courses such as Community Services, Early Childhood, Education Support, Floristry, and Design. She is dedicated to developing and validating EAL resources at Career Calling, ensuring that materials are accessible, relevant, and effective for learners from diverse backgrounds. Suzanne’s expertise in writing EAL materials and her commitment to supporting students’ educational journeys make her a valued contributor to the Career Calling team.
