Nia Kessler
Nia Kessler is the Coordinator of the Commonwealth School of Languages (CSOL), where she brings a wealth of expertise in English language education, curriculum development, and resource creation for both children and adults. With a strong background in TESOL, ELICOS, IELTS, and PTE programs, Nia is passionate about sharing her knowledge of English language learning and test preparation, particularly in the IELTS and English language sectors. She is adept at managing educational programs, supporting teaching staff, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes for diverse student populations.
Nia holds an MA in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of Edinburgh, one of the world’s top-ranked universities for literature and languages. She has also completed several linguistics modules, advanced grammar courses, and holds multiple TEFL certifications, including a 120-hour Premier TEFL and a 40-hour TEFL for exam preparation. Nia’s experience includes over two years of classroom teaching and six months of specific TEFL assistant experience, as well as running ESOL sessions focused on job readiness and conversational English. She is particularly skilled in preparing students for standardized tests such as IELTS and PTE, with a deep understanding of their assessment frameworks and requirements.
